Yay for Rent Control!

For some reason, I searched for my apartment building online today. Whereupon I discovered that I pay nearly $400/month less than someone who rented my same apartment today. And I know that because of rent control, they can only raise my rent slowly and only at certain times of the year.

When I first moved in, I thought the price was low, but who am I to complain about that. But honestly, $400 too low? That's crazy. The price they had listed for my apartment is completely insane.

It also said that apartments have dishwashers. Mine doesn't.
