Why?

Why are they building lawn furniture right next to my desk? Seriously, why? I know I have a basement office, but I mean really. If it's too cold to build furniture outside, I would assume it's also too cold to use said furniture, and the project can wait until spring. (my excitement for spring earlier this week was apparently premature.)
