Erika & I went to lunch at Harry's today. We've been to lunch at Harry's a million times, because it's halfway between our offices. Which um, are only a block apart, but hey, Harry's happens to be on the block in the middle. Anyway, we both ordered the baby burgers (which aren't very small, by the way. I don't know any baby who could gum that thing.) and she told us they were running behind on the burgers and it would be about 20 minutes. OK, fine. It actually only took 10 minutes to get us the burgers, but we were still there over an hour! I've never been in Harry's for more than 40 minutes. She wouldn't bring us the check. Then once she did, she wouldn't take our credit cards. Then she took our credit cards and never came back. I actually had to GET UP and ask for our cards back at the bar. I tipped exactly 15%. Oh, and we asked for the bill to be split down the middle, but I was charged $8.75 and Erika $8.00. Which is not a big deal, I don't mind paying 75 cents more, but I don't get how that's in half? We are never sitting in her section again.
