I'm a sap

Last night I had the tv show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition on while I was doing other things around the house. Why does this show always make me cry? The show is about a deserving family that really needs a home makeover. A group of construction workers & designers come in and give them the home of their dreams. Last night, the family was a family with 9 (!) children, and the father of the family had recently died. Two of the boys didn't even have a room -- they were living in the hallway. The house looked great when they were done; the family was so happy.

Next week's looks like an even bigger tearjerker. A family of 8 children where both parents are dead! Yikes.
