Macaulay Culkin is adorable or Young Lady!

Last night Erika & I went to a sneak preview of the movie Saved! which stars Jena Malone, Mandy Moore, Macaulay Culkin, and a number of other people. The movie's about a Christian high school, where all the kids go. Jena Malone's character gets pregnant, and she changes her mind about how she views her faith. Mandy Moore is this sort of uber-Christian girl and she doesn't take well to Jena's new ideas. The movie itself was OK; probably would make a good rental. But afterwards, Macaulay Culkin and Jena Malone were at the theatre for a little question and answer period. They are both adorable! Macaulay Culkin is quite funny. The best question of the night was when someone asked Jena if she'd go to the prom with him. And then someone asked Macaulay to do the "Home Alone face," and he said, "You'd be disappointed. It wouldn't look the same. I'm old now!"

After the movie, Erika & I went to take the metro home, and when I put my card in the reader, it wouldn't let me in. I had to go talk to the station manager, who told me the card was demagnatized. This happens all the time, even though I keep it in a special pouch so it won't happen. I kind of (ok, not kind of, just did) rolled my eyes when he was telling me about the card being demagnatized, because it's so frustrating to get fixed. And then he says, "Young lady!" and I totally thought he was going to yell at me for rolling my eyes, which I would have deserved. Instead he lectures me about buying a SmarTrip card.
