City of God

Erika & I went to see the movie City of God yesterday. The movie was really good, and I recommend it to everyone. It was, however, very disturbing. It's the story of a slum in Rio called the City of God, where gang violence rules, and the police ignore what's going on. The main character is a kid named Rocket, who tells us everyone's stories, as well as telling us about his dream to become a photographer, against all odds. It was based on a true story.
