It's a Mystery

Last night my friend Katy and I went to a screening of the movie The Reckoning, with Paul Bettany and Willem Dafoe. The movie was a little weird... it was a mystery set in the 14th century. I liked the mystery part of it, but both Katy and I agreed that character development and character motivation were weak. Unless you really, really like mysteries set in the 14th century, I'd stay away from this one.

After the movie, we went to grab dinner. We were walking back to the car, and I noticed a person pop out from behind a storefront. He was homeless, and I guess that's where he lives. He started screaming at us. I wasn't sure what he was saying, but Katy thinks he was saying "NAUGHTY GIRLS!" over and over. He was really quite scary. He did not approach us, but his yelling was enough. I was glad we were on a very busy street. We made it back to the car without problems, but what could make someone scream like that? Maybe we should get 14th century detectives on the case...
