If you watch Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory on ABC Family, as their ads were suggesting you do, you won't be able to fast forward though "Cheer Up Charlie." And everyone knows you only watch that movie for the Oompa Loompas and that trippy boat scene.

When I was little we recorded that movie off of tv, and I ALWAYS fast forwarded thru that song.

Hmm...when I watched the DVD (the new version), I actually fast forwarded through all of the Oompa Loompa songs because I didn't like them. I don't really remember the Cheer Up Charlie song...was it in the new version?
No, "Cheer Up Charlie" is only in the old school version.
ps I meant to say all the songs are different in the new version. Even the Oompa Loompa songs.
