Raccoon Tale Con't

I found out more about the rabid raccoon... it's really weird.  Apparently these kids lassoed the raccoon.  And then some adult saw what was going on and called animal control.  They knew right away that the raccoon was sick, because a healthy raccoon would never allow itself to be lassoed.  They tested it, and it tested positive for rabies.

In describing the poster, I realize I was a bit remiss -- the thing really looked like a wanted poster.  They had a full-frontal picture of the raccoon's face.  It was quite hilarious.  On one poster that Robin & I saw, someone had drawn in a cartoon bubble and written, "They set me up!" 

If I wasn't so scared of rabies this would be more amusing.
