It's 10:30 at night
and someone is outside jackhammering or something. Some sort of very loud thing that sounds like a jackhammer. I can hear it even over my air conditioning and fans.
Is it me, or is that unreasonable at this hour? And, who jackhammers in the dark? And I'm pretty sure it's still raining, too.
I think if it doesn't stop by 11 I will have to call 311.

maybe 1 instead of 3?
no, really, it's the non-emergency police line. I have called it once when there was a moving truck blocking my street. Someone came and made them move. I think you can also call this number if you need free medicine to treat HIV/AIDS, oddly enough.
Not unreasonable at all. I get annoyed when any of our neighbors start mowing their lawn after 8:00 p.m.
