Blue Water!
Ohhh, I totally forgot to show you guys this. My dad & I were walking to the metro one day and saw the fountains at the Navy Memorial had been dyed blue! Doesn't it make The Capital of The Free World (tm) look like a cheap Holiday Inn? Oh well, I suppose blue is better than red. Red would've made the fountains look like they were bleeding.

umm.... the blue water reminds me of those blue-loo thingies that old ladies use in their bathrooms so that the water in the bowl is always blue. Noice!

Yes, I don't mind blue water but that shade of blue is really not that nice AT ALL!
